Returns

We honor a 7 day return policy for online purchase provided items are returned in the same condition they were received and are unopened /unused and in their original packaging.

Certain items are unfortunately exempt from returns, and are final sale, such as merchandise that is discounted or not full price, special order merchandise, gift cards, consumable merchandise, fragrances, opened apothecary goods or liquids (cosmetics, skin care, body care, hair care), and personal items such as beauty tools and body brushes.

Please contact us directly to obtain an approval code before returning any merchandise. From the date that the approval code is received, goods must be received by Spruce & Honey within 7 days. Upon receipt of merchandise we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 72 hours. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items purchased within 7 days at our physical brick and mortar store are eligible to return for store credit on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. There is an option for FREE local pick up if you live in the Bozeman area!

Please make sure that your package is shipping to a secure location. Once a package has been tracked as delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are always happy to accommodate packages being mailed as gifts. Should you wish to send an order as a gift please contact us at hello@spruceandhoney.com and we will be happy to give your purchase special attention including a handwritten gift enclosure.


Privacy

The information you provide us is strictly between us. Providing us information helps make things easier for you, as it allows us to keep digital records of your orders, or reach out to you with special offers and events related to our store. We will never disclose any of your information to outside parties, and we are conservative with email newsletters and notifications. Your transactions and information are stored in secure locations via Shopify, and you may choose to opt out of email communications, or cancel your online account at any time.
